The ABC Notary Network
Our Notary Network affords the non-attorney notary the opportunity to become part of ABC Title's powerful Statewide Notary Network. Our Network provides the professional notary with incidental revenue by performing specialized signing and sealing for our National Real Estate Clients who demand service.
Here's how it works:
You provide us with your credentials.
We provide you with a flow of work on a regular basis, usually covering a geographical area (your home base).
Our national clients require our services for time sensitive loan documents to be signed (authentic act in your office) then returned expediously.
These signings occur at scheduled times or during non-scheduling times (such as after 5.00 pm ), catering to all types of busy, working clients. Scheduled times are set in advance with our office and you. Non scheduled times are blocked out in intervals for an "on call" basis.
